I was arrested in Suffolk County for a DWI. Can I get a conditional license to drive my children to school?
Yes, it is possible to get a conditional license to drive your children to school. However, you may have to wait until your case is finished and you are enrolled in the New York State Impaired Driver Program. In some instances, a judge will grant a pre-conviction (before your case is finished) conditional license to drive your children to school if you can show an extreme hardship.
