DANIEL G. RODGERS, ESQ., ATTORNEY AT LAW

I am a practicing criminal defense lawyer in Suffolk County New York. With nearly 30 years experience both as a former  Suffolk Assistant District Attorney and as defense trial lawyer, I have the insight and knowledge to effectively plan a comprehensive defense strategy for your criminal or DWI matter.

As a Suffolk County prosecutor, I have appeared in all Suffolk courts, including the Central Islip District Court and the Suffolk County Court in Riverhead, New York. I have prosecuted hundreds of criminal and DWI cases at both the Misdemeanor and Felony level. Additionally, I have prosecuted criminal matters in all of the East End Courts including the East Hampton Court, the Southampton Court, the Riverhead Court and the Southold Court.

As a criminal defense lawyer in Suffolk County, I am a member of the Suffolk County Criminal Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and recently, I have been inducted into the prestigious National Trial Lawyers Top 100. As a skilled litigator and trial lawyer, I have managed, organized and defended hundreds of criminal and DWI trials to verdict in Suffolk County.
